2 bold chicken ramens with extra greens, liquid death, melon cream soda and I asked for some chili paste and chili oil to throw on top! I've passed this place for the past 10 years of living in LA and I finally stopped since this is one of the only spots open late night especially on Monday nights. I have also seen this spot and been interested but was super stoked on finally trying it and it was well worth it. Staffed checked in on me at least 2-3 times and your spot gets cleaned up and wiped down right after you leave. You walk in and select your whole order on an iPad and then sit down and wait about 6-7 minutes before they bring you the bowls. I give this place an 8-9/10. The ramen noodles reminded me of almost like spaghetti noodles but the broth was bomb! I'll definitely be coming back to this spot!
I had an amazing experience at Tatsu! Definitely recommend trying if you're looking for something with lots of flavor! Service was great, the server Junior was super friendly & helpful made my family & I comfortable right away. Explained things on the menu better for us! Thank you Junior! Ambiance was nice and clean, super cute for a little dinner date with family!

The ramen was so good . The fried rice was bussin. The staff seemed attentive and nice . The music was good . Real LA type vibes . I brought a friend . I'm coming back.
Came here last minute for a Friday date night and we both found the ramen was delicious and so flavorful!! The noodles had a great bite and chew to them, super tasty! Every bowl has a secret message at the bottom too which was also a cute touch. Soul Ramen ~$19: Our favorite ramen!! The black garlic oil imparts a delicious flavor on the pork broth & coats the noodles really well. Bold Ramen ~$18: I really liked the perfect soft boiled egg-- the yolk inside had a nice salty umami flavor that differentiates it from other ramen eggs. Generous portions of pork belly too! The parking was pretty difficult to find, we ended up doing street parking at the street to the left of the shops, since parking in the back was reserved for other restaurants. Ambiance was a bit loud and busy and not the best for a nicer dinner. This place would be good to togo or for a quick yummy bite! Overall, I wouldn't come back because of parking and ambiance but food is undeniably delicious :)
